SOLD…Vintage Pair of Shabby Curvy French Painted Chairs Carved Romantic Birds, Stool

Antique Pair of Charmingly Shabby Farmhouse French Style Painted Chairs. These are quaint conversational chairs with each designed with an open side for clear positioning to rest on the other arm side for chit chat. Each is carved beautifully with oval decorations around the frames and one sweet carved bird at the back corner. They have been repainted in a soft ecru base with white pickling wash creating a charming updated look. The fabric is recently new and is a fun but neutral pinkish red with off white stripe and is a very nice cotton upholstery..a ticking design..the frame and seating are very strong and each are in very good vintage condition. The fabric blends well with many styles as well as colors. In brighter lighting the tones are more muted red and darker lighting more pink.
The darling rectangular vintage stool has a carved bottom which has been painted in the same wash color and is neatly upholstered with piping. Such a sweet trio!! Great in any French Farmhouse or Romantic Cottage Decor.
